Introduction to I-32 Form Design 6

Our approach to this software training is interactive. Skills demonstrated are applied and reinforced in hands-on exercises. Practice time is incorporated into the course curriculum.

Prerequisites:

• Participants should feel comfortable using a mouse and with basic features of Microsoft® Windows® applications.
• Participants should have a thorough knowledge of their organization’s design policies, procedures and needs.

Course Content:

This training session will cover:

• Introduction and navigation
• Customizing the work environment
• Setting form and page properties
• Setting form and page defaults
• Creating objects including: text, datafield, line, rectangle, circles, images, checkboxes, arrayed fields, bar codes
• Editing and moving objects
• Creating, editing, moving tables
• Global data dictionaries
• Adding and deleting pages
• Storing form and page release information
• Importing and editing third party forms
• Saving forms
• Overlays
• Securing forms via passwords

NOTE:  This session will not cover optional components such as the input or output converters.

• An accompanying introduction course workbook link will be sent along with your access link within 24 hours of registration.
