ComplianceOne Lending — Introductory Training

Introductory training is required for first-time users of ComplianceOne.

Introduction to the ComplianceOne Lending

Our approach to software training is instructor-led and participant-centered. Skills learned in the workshop are applied immediately and reinforced in hands-on exercises. Practice time is incorporated into the course, including supervised lab time for participants to apply and augment their skills with the software.

Duration:

• Classroom Training:  One and a half days
• Web-Based Training:  Nine hours in three (3) three hour sessions

Cost:

• Classroom Training:  $1,500 per workstation (either 1 or 2 people) in one of our Training Centers
  • Travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the financial institution
• Web-Based Training:  $750 per connection

Prerequisites:

• Participants should feel comfortable using a mouse and with the basic features of Microsoft® Windows® applications.
• At least one participant should have a thorough understanding of your organization's lending policies, processes and products.
• At least one participant should be familiar with your state and federal regulations.

Course Content:

• Navigating, processing and using the Help tools
• Processing application-related documents
• Retrieving customer information from available database interfaces
• Pulling credit reports using the ComplianceOne
• Using Quick Quotes to generate “what-if” scenarios
• Creating compliance reports, document checklists, and memos
• Processing consumer, commercial, residential real estate, fixed and variable rate loans
• Creating and using templates to make loan processing more efficient, accurate, and consistent
• Saving and recalling loan files
