Introduction
to the ARTA Lending for Credit Unions Documentation System
This
introductory class is designed for new users of ARTA Lending for Credit
Unions. The workshop focuses on the fundamental skills needed to use ARTA
Lending and its modules effectively to produce loan documentation.
Our approach to software training is instructor-led and participant-centered.
Skills learned in the workshop are applied immediately and reinforced
in hands-on exercises. Practice time is incorporated into the course,
including supervised lab time for participants to apply and augment their
skills with the software.

Cost:
- $900 per workstation
(either 1 or 2 people) in one of our Training Centers (See
Schedule)
- Travel-related
expenses are the responsibility of the credit union
Prerequisites:
- Participants should feel comfortable using a mouse and with the basic features of Microsoft® Windows® applications.
- At least one participant should have a thorough understanding of your organization's lending policies, loan process and loan products.
- At least one participant should be familiar with your state and federal regulations.
Course Content:
You will
learn how to configure ARTA Lending for the needs of your credit union
and how to process loans using the software. This includes:
- Navigating and
using the Help tools in ARTA Lending for Credit Unions
- Setting up your
credit union 's lender information, users, policy profiles, and rate
plans
- Processing application-related
documents using the ARTA Credit Application Module
- Pulling credit
reports using the ARTA Credit Bureau Access Module
- Processing consumer,
commercial, and residential real estate loans
- Creating and using
templates to make loan processing more efficient, accurate, and consistent
- Saving and recalling
loan files
- Maintaining ARTA
Lending for Credit Unions by deleting files, and backing up your data,
and
- Identifying key
activities to complete after training as you begin implementation of
ARTA Lending at your credit union.
