ARTA Lending Loan Operations Training for New Employees
We recognize that turnover is a fact of life for all businesses, including financial institutions. This training provides a basic introduction to the loan processing activities using the ARTA Lending System.
This training is available to financial institutions that already have ARTA Lending installed and set up within their organization, but has people who are new to using ARTA Lending to process transactions.
Prerequisites:
- Your financial institution must already be using the ARTA Lending System within your organization.
- Participants should have a basic understanding of your organization's lending policies and loan products.
- Participants should feel comfortable using a mouse and with the basic features of Microsoft® Windows® applications.
Duration:
- Two-day hands-on workshop.
Course Content:
In this training we will address how to process many types of loan transactions using the ARTA Lending System. This includes:
- Consumer Loan
- Commercial Line of Credit
- Consumer Real Estate, including early disclosures
- Open-End Consumer Loan
- Home Equity Line of Credit
- How to use ARTA Lending’s optional modules
- Application
- Identity verification using the PATRIOT Act Connection
- Credit Bureau
- Flood Determination
- HOEPA Calculations
- HMDA Tracking
- Document Review
Options and Cost:
- $600 per workstation (either 1 or 2 people) in one of our Training Centers (See Schedule). Travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the financial institution.
