Introductory training is required for first-time users of ARTA Deposit.
Introductory Training Schedule
Introduction to
the ARTA Deposit Documentation System
This introductory
class is designed for new ARTA Deposit users. The workshop focuses on
the fundamental skills needed to use ARTA Deposit effectively to produce
deposit account documentation.
Our approach to software training is instructor-led and participant-centered.
Skills learned in the workshop are applied and reinforced
in hands-on exercises. Practice time is incorporated into the course,
including supervised lab time for participants to apply and augment their
skills with the software.
Duration:
Options & Cost:
- $600 per workstation
(either 1 or 2 people) in one of our Training Centers (See
Schedule)
- Travel-related
expenses are the responsibility of the financial institution.
Prerequisites:
- Participants should feel comfortable using a mouse and with the basic features of Microsoft®
Windows® applications.
- At least one participant
should have a thorough understanding of your organization's deposit
policies, processes and products.
- At least one participant should be familiar with your state and federal regulations.
Course Content:
You will learn how
to configure ARTA Deposit for the needs of your financial institution
and how to open deposit accounts using the software. This includes:
- Navigating and
using the Help tools
- Setting up your
financial institution's information and users
- Defining disclosure
and account term policies for your deposit products
- Processing deposit
account transactions, including checking, savings, time accounts and
IRAs using ARTA Deposit
- Saving and recalling
deposit account transactions
- Using ARTA Deposit
utilities
- Identifying key
activities to complete after training as you begin implementation of
ARTA Deposit at your financial institution
